APPOINTMENT LETTER

In Continuation with our offer letter dated and your subsequent acceptance, we are pleased to offer
you an appointment as per following details and terms which shall become effective immediately on your joining the
organisation.

1. Salary & Allowances:
CTC as mentioned in the offer letter will be Rs. ( Only). Travelling and other allowances will be as per the
grade and standard travelling policy of the company.
2. Probation Period:
You will be on the probation for a period of Six months (180 days) from the date of joining. The Probation period can
be relaxed or extended, based on your performance. During the probation period, you are not entitled for paid
leaves. Probation period is to confirm that both you & the company are happy with permanent commitment to the
role assigned. Hence, either side can terminate the employment by giving seven days’ notice or pay. After successful
completion of the probationary period based on performance, you may be considered for regular employment in the
company. Post probation period of your services, you will be entitled for paid leaves on prorate basis for particular
financial year.
3. Nature of Work :
You will be assuming job responsibilities as mentioned in annexure attached herewith. Company reserves the right
to add, delete or amend the responsibilities without prior notice. Company also reserves the right to relocate the
employee across the department or country, as per the need and requirement.
4. Performance Review:
Your performance will be reviewed as per the fulfilment of performance criteria and responsibilities assigned to you.
This will be done at sole discretion of the company and company reserves the right to hold, amend or deny growth in
emoluments, based on performance.
5. Separation & Termination:
After the completion of your probation this appointment is terminable by either side by giving one month’s notice or
payment. However, the company shall have the right to terminate your services without notice or pay for any
misconduct, or any other reasons including, but not limited to the cause, unsatisfactory performance, indiscipline or
elimination of the position. In the event to your separation from Company, you shall comply with all procedures and
requirements connected with the separation including the formalities concerning handing over company’s assets. In
case you wish to resign from company, you will have to give 30 days’ notice to the company. If notice period as
mentioned above is not be served, company reserves the right to hold salary of that month, with an option to
recover the salary for the days mentioned in notice period above in final settlement.
6. Leaves during Notice period:
Any kind of leaves availed during notice period will be considered as leaves without pay excluding weekly off or
public holidays mentioned in company’s holiday list for the particular financial year.
7. Company Assets:
Any asset given to you during your tenure with company must be handed over in good & working condition as &
when demanded by your reporting authority/HR.
8. Hours of work:
You will be observed such days and hours of work; weekly or other holidays as may be observed by the department
in which you are placed from time to time.
9. Confidentiality & Work discipline:
Every matter given here should be treated as strictly confidential. Further, during your tenure with the company, you
will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information relating to the product, nature of business,
manufacturing, business secrets etc. Company reserves the right to take suitable action in case of any sort of
violation of this clause. During your tenure with the company, you will follow company’s code of conduct and work
ethics. You will represent brand and company in an ethical and respectful manner. You shall carry out all the duties
and responsibilities assigned to you with utmost honesty, integrity and enthusiasm. You shall not undertake any
other employment or engage in any external activities without prior written approval or permission of the
organisation. Breach of this clause may result in strict disciplinary legal action against you. If you remain absent
beyond the period of leave granted to you, one reminder for returning to work within 07 days max, will be given to
you. Beyond that period company reserves the right to terminate your services without any further extension.
10. Full and Final Settlement:
You are entitled for Full & final settlement only in case of notice period served as per clause no. As per the
company’s policy Full & final settlement will be done within 30 to 45 days from your last working day after
submission of your Exit form, NOCs from branch and functional head, Smooth handover of assets provided by the
organisation, asset declaration from to Head of the department or reporting manager. In case if you fail to submit
any of the mentioned documents, company shall hold full and final settlement without any risk & liability of an
organisation.
We would now request you to return us the duplicate copy of this letter after signing below, as a proof of your
acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
